Our goal is to provide you with a sense of security on our Website, and therefore we have implemented this Privacy Policy. Please carefully read the document below to learn how our Website operates. We assure you that your data will be processed in a transparent and fair manner and that we will take all necessary steps to handle it with care and responsibility. The Privacy Policy aims to inform you about how we use your personal data, in compliance with all the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"). The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, and each User of the website is obliged to know its current content. The reasons for changes may include the development of internet technology, changes in generally applicable law, or the development of the Website, for example, by using new tools by the Administrator. 2. Purposes and Methods of Data Processing

Website Operation: To provide the Website service, we process:

  • information regarding the user's device to ensure the correct functioning of the services: IP address of the computer, information contained in cookies or other similar technologies, session data, web browser data, device data, data on activities on the Website, including individual subpages. This information does not contain data on users' identities, but when combined with other information, it may constitute personal data and, therefore, the administrator provides full protection in accordance with GDPR.

Contact Forms: We provide the possibility to contact us using electronic contact forms. Using the form requires providing personal data necessary to contact you and respond to the inquiry. The user may also provide other data to facilitate contact or handle the inquiry. Providing data marked as mandatory is required to accept and handle the inquiry, and failure to provide them results in the inability to handle it. Providing other data is voluntary.

3. Your personal data may be processed by the Administrator based on:

a) necessity to perform a contract or to take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), separately for the purpose of:

c) the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), separately for the purpose of:

  • using contact forms provided by the Administrator on the Website, where the legitimate interest of the administrator is to take care of users and respond to questions;

  • defense against possible claims, where the legitimate interest of the Administrator is to pursue or defend claims;

4. Sharing Personal Data

Data may be shared with entities processing them on behalf of the Administrator, based on agreements concluded with the Administrator, but only for the purpose and scope necessary to achieve the aforementioned goals, including, among others: real estate offices and intermediaries, IT service providers or other services ensuring the proper functioning of the Website, provided that such entities process data only in accordance with the Administrator's instructions.

User data may be transferred outside the European Union to third countries, and if this happens, they will only be transferred to recipients who guarantee the highest level of protection and security of data, including through:a) cooperation with entities processing personal data in countries regarding which a relevant decision of the European Commission has been issued,b) applying standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission (as in the case of Google),c) applying binding corporate rules approved by the competent supervisory authority,or to those to whom the User has consented to transfer personal data.

Currently, services provided by Google are mainly delivered by entities located in the European Union. However, it is always necessary to review the privacy policy of these providers to obtain up-to-date information regarding personal data protection.

5. Data Retention Period

We process your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of their retention or as long as required by law, particularly until the expiration of potential claims or the expiration of the obligation to archive resulting from legal regulations, including the obligation to store accounting documents.

If data processing is based on your consent, your data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn. Consent granted on the Website can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent for data processing will not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
