P3 Logistic Parks

We are thrilled to announce that the construction of P3 Wrocław I, our newest logistics park in Poland spanning 265,000 m², has officially begun. What's even more remarkable? It's fully leased and geared towards the rapidly expanding eCommerce sector! 📦✨

Strategically located near the A4 motorway in Kąty Wrocławskie, P3 Wrocław I plays a crucial role in the pan-European transport corridor, connecting key transportation hubs such as Berlin, Wrocław, Kraków, and Ukraine. 🌐 Its excellent location in the industrialized region of Upper and Lower Silesia provides optimal conditions for seamless distribution and logistics operations.

But that's not all - we're proud to announce that our warehouse in Kąty Wrocławskie is going green! 🌿 Certified under the BREEAM system at the "Excellent" level, it will offer environmentally friendly solutions in line with our commitment to sustainable development.

EXPO Real 2023

The EXPO REAL trade fair (Messe München) 2023 has come to an end. 📣 We've had an intense time, full of fascinating meetings, discussions, and interviews. We had the opportunity to participate in conversations that opened up new horizons in the warehouse and industrial sector. It was a great opportunity to establish valuable business contacts and meet old friends and esteemed partners.

Satoia Logistic Park

In Kąty Wrocławskie, it's getting crowded. 🧐🏗 Another investment is underway on the plot prepared by us.

7R Park Wrocław West II will offer nearly 44,000 sqm of logistics and production space. The warehouses will provide direct access to the A4 motorway.

The project marks the first step in 7R's new strategy aimed at reducing carbon dioxide emissions by over 50%. The building will also be more energy-efficient, resulting in nearly 70% less electricity consumption compared to current regulations.

Completion of construction is scheduled for the second quarter of 2024.
